The digital multifunctional welder inverter PATON MultiPRO 250 15-4 is intended for semi-automatic welding with the MIG/MAG method, manual arc welding with the MMA method, and arc welding with the TIG HF method, in a shield of gases and protective mixtures with direct current. These machines operate from a 230V single-phase power supply and have an IP33 protection rating.
An additional advantage is the CLEAN mode, which offers cleaning of stainless-steel parts and their weld seams from oxides and heat tint, as well as surface polishing to restore its aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance properties. To operate in CLEAN mode, it is necessary to additionally purchase a special electrolytic liquid for the passivation of high-alloy steels and a PATON TIG brush. Without these accessories, cleaning and polishing of stainless steel using this function is not possible.

Straight answers to the questions people ask most when choosing and using a 230 volt single phase arc welder.
A 230 volt single phase welder plugs into the ordinary mains supply found in most workshops, garages and homes, so there is no need for a three phase installation. Modern inverter designs draw modest current for the welding power they produce. They suit repair work, fabrication, maintenance and light industrial use, and they are popular both with trade users and with serious hobbyists.
Single phase supplies limit how much current a welder can draw, so the top-end output of 230 volt machines is lower than three phase equipment. Within that limit, a good inverter can handle a wide range of electrode sizes, from fine work to fairly heavy repair welding. For heavy plate, long continuous welding or large diameter electrodes, a three phase machine is the better fit. Check the maker's output and duty cycle figures at the current you actually plan to use.
Yes. The welder draws more current at its maximum setting than a typical household appliance. Check its input current on the data plate and make sure the plug, socket, cable and circuit protection are rated for it.A socket circuit that is too small will trip, overheat or give a weak arc. Some machines are supplied with a particular plug rating. Have a qualified electrician check or upgrade the supply if you are unsure.
Transformer welders use a heavy iron and copper transformer to reduce the voltage. They are robust and simple, but they are heavy and usually draw more current from the supply for the same output.Inverter welders convert the supply electronically before reducing it, which makes them noticeably lighter and smaller, and usually gives a smoother, more controllable arc. Most current 230 volt welders are inverters. The exact weight and energy saving vary from machine to machine, so compare the weight and input current on the data plate and in the manual for the machines you are considering.
